Esthetixx + Co. was created from Amber’s clear vision to build what didn’t exist — a space exclusively for estheticians, especially those specializing in brows and lashes. After navigating the beauty industry as both an artist and entrepreneur, she realized just how rare it was to find an environment that truly saw estheticians — not just as renters, but as artists, businesswomen, and leaders in the beauty space. Most studio and suite rental models were transactional, overpriced, and rooted in silent competition — with no real support, no mentorship, and no community. She knew she wasn’t alone in feeling like estheticians deserved so much more.
So she built what she wished she had. Esthetixx + Co. isn’t just another beauty studio — it’s a modern-luxury space where independent artists can grow their businesses, their confidence, and their income together. It’s a space where success is shared, education is constant, and real conversations about building something meaningful are happening every day. Through her love for coaching and mentoring, Amber infused the studio with a culture that’s as growth-driven as it is grounded. Whether an artist is just getting started or fully booked and scaling, there’s room for her here — to expand, to learn, to build a life that actually feels aligned.

Amber Vongsouvanh is a licensed esthetician, brow artist, educator, and the founder of Esthetixx + Co. Known for her eye for detail and obsession with clean technique, Amber is passionate about helping women feel confident through beauty — and in business. Since launching her career in 2022, she’s built a name for herself in Colorado Springs for her modern brow styling, client-centered approach, and deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of estheticians. She believes that real success in the beauty industry doesn’t just come from perfecting your technique — it comes from knowing how to run your business, build your brand, and market yourself with confidence and intention. She has built Esthetixx + Co. as proof that when you blend artistry with strategy, you become unstoppable. Her mission is simple: help estheticians grow in skill, in confidence, and in business — so they can stop just getting by, and start building the life and brand they actually want.
ABBY
Abby Hutcheon is the owner of Abby Hutch Beauty and a licensed esthetician specializing in brow laminations and tints, lash lifts, and natural skincare. Her approach is rooted in the “high-maintenance to stay low-maintenance” lifestyle — offering services that enhance your natural beauty without the extra fuss. A true Colorado girl at heart, Abby spends her free time outdoors hiking, skiing, fishing, or backpacking through the mountains. She’s known for being a total people person who genuinely loves connecting with clients — whether you’re talking music, food, travel, Jesus, or your next big adventure, Abby’s your girl. Her goal? To help you feel confident, effortless, and fully yourself.
MADISYN
Madisyn is a licensed permanent makeup and brow artist with a passion for transforming brows into one of the most defining features on the face. She discovered her love for brow artistry when she realized how much of a "make or break" impact brows have — and how powerful it is to help clients achieve their dream look. Madisyn launched her business in June 2024, focusing primarily on permanent makeup, and has been changing lives ever since by creating brows that many clients never thought were possible. Her work is driven by precision, confidence, and the belief that great brows can truly shift how someone sees themselves.
CHEROKEE
Cherokee is a Licensed Esthetician specializing in volume lash extensions, permanent makeup, and all things brows. Since becoming licensed in 2019, she’s been fully committed to mastering her craft and helping women enhance their natural beauty through detailed, intentional work. Her passion lies in making clients feel confident, seen, and empowered — one appointment at a time. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her spending time with family, creating art, or loving on her pup. She’s all about pink, leopard print, and connecting with new clients who share her love for beauty and bold self-expression. Cherokee can’t wait to share her artistry and passion with you!
BREE
Bree is a licensed esthetician specializing in waxing and lashes, and the founder of Easy Breezy’s Beauty — a space built on authenticity, empathy, and empowerment. Her passion for the beauty industry was born out of personal experience: years of struggling with cystic acne deeply impacted her self-image and sense of self-worth. That experience lit a fire in her — she knew what it felt like to want to hide, and she became determined to help others feel seen, confident, and free in their own skin.
Though she doesn’t work in skincare, her journey mirrors what many of her clients go through. She understands how beauty services can become the bridge between insecurity and confidence. At Easy Breezy’s Beauty, it’s not just about the service — it’s about creating a safe, judgment-free space where transformation is more than physical. It's emotional. It’s personal. And it’s powerful.
MARLEY
Marley is a licensed esthetician and brow specialist whose passion for beauty began with her own journey through severe acne. That experience ignited a deep interest in skin health and a desire to help others build real confidence. After graduating from esthetics school in March 2024 — while juggling waitressing — Marley quickly began expanding her expertise with certifications in microdermabrasion and dermaplaning.
Her love for brow artistry started at the Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta, where she discovered the power of a great brow transformation. Today, she offers brow tinting, waxing, and lamination services, with plans to dive deeper into brow stains and permanent makeup. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to her craft, Marley creates a comfortable, personalized experience for every client. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her with her cats and boyfriend, at the gym, hiking, or baking something sweet. Her mission? To help others look and feel their absolute best — inside and out.
RACHEL
Rachel moved from Chicago to Colorado Springs nine years ago to pursue competitive figure skating — but her passion for the beauty industry quickly took center stage. Already certified in laser hair reduction and tattoo removal, she expanded her expertise by becoming a Licensed Esthetician in 2019. With over six years of experience in lash artistry, Rachel is known for her signature handmade, fluffy lash extensions and her obsession with detail. She’s constantly staying on top of the latest trends and techniques to give her clients customized, high-quality results that enhance their natural beauty.
